Returns Policy
Although Splash Direct endeavours to make your buying time with us a thoroughly enjoyable experience we understand that sometimes products need to be refunded or exchanged.
- To have a complete refund then all you need to do is to return it within 14 days of delivery and we won’t ask any questions.
- The return and exchange policy allows up to 30 days from the delivery for the item to be returned and it can then be swapped for an item of equal value on the site. In order for an exchange to be made the original item must be unused and unopened.
- In order to return an item simply fill in the returns form and place back into the original packaging and send back to us at Splash Direct.
- To receive a returns form and number please email info@splashdirect.com and simply quote your order number and the total number of items to be returned and we will send you the form.
- Using a reputable courier service is advisable to ensure that your items will arrive back with us safely and in one piece.
