Advantages of a Space Saving Bath
Space is one of the rarest commodities when designing a new bathroom. At Splash Direct, we don’t believe that you should compromise your design for lack of space. That’s why we’ve stocked up on a range of space saving baths that suit smaller bathrooms and smaller budgets.
What to Look for in a Space Saving Bath
When designing a bathroom, it is important to use all available space in order to get an accomplished, finished result. Using corners in your bathroom is a clever way to make your bathroom appear bigger. Often, appliances do not fit into corners, and they remain unused. At Splash Direct, we’ve got a wide range of corner baths that are specially suited to the smaller bathroom.
Corner Baths
When it comes to smaller bathrooms, it might be tempting to cut out luxury, as, often, the more luxurious and deluxe a product is, the more space it requires. Corner baths differ in this area, as they take up that awkward corner space in your bathroom and are often luxurious without being especially large. Corner baths are even available as Whirlpool baths, with a series of jets as well as head rests. Corner baths are installed to look snug and compact, but are also a roomy option for a lounging, relaxing soak. Try our selection of corner baths with beautiful curves for a bathroom that not only looks bigger, but more stylish as well.
The Shower or Compact Bath
If a corner bath just isn’t for you, think about a shower or compact bath. Compact baths are available in sizes starting from 1200mm in length, so there’s no problem when it’s just a bath you want and have no room to fit it. With a compact bath, albeit small, they are ideal when space is a premium and a bath, a must. For ingenuity, the shower bath comes up trumps – a bath and shower in one? Who’d believe it? This design is ingenious in itself, offering a standard bath available in a number of lengths and widths, but adapted so that one end is larger, giving more space to the shower. It takes the shape of a ‘P’ and kills two birds with one stone when there’s just not enough room for a separate shower and bath.
