Splashdirect will strive to ensure that all of our products meet your expectations. In the event that you are not completely satisfied with the purchased product, simply return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Alternatively our returns policy enables you to exchange any unused and unopened items, for any reason, within 60 days of delivery.
How do I make a return?
Returns must be accompanied by a completed returns form and number along with all original packaging. To obtain a returns form and number please email us at email@example.com quoting your order number and the items to be returned. We recommend returning all goods using a secure method with a reputable company; the courier you use largely depends on the item you are returning. We would recommend taking out any necessary insurance and obtaining a proof of postage where possible.
Except in the case of defective or incorrect products, any returns made will be done so at your own cost. All postage and package costs are non- refundable and any free gifts included as part of a special offer must be accompanied with the unwanted item, otherwise the cost of these goods will be deducted from the refund amount. We cannot accept responsibility for the returned goods until they have been checked by a member of our staff. Please note due to hygiene reasons we cannot refund or exchange toilet seats that have been removed from their protective clear film. Once checked and authorised a refund will be processed for the due amount.
How do I make an exchange?
If for any reason you would like to make an exchange please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order number and the items you would like to exchange. We will issue a returns form and number and would recommend returning all goods in a secure method. Please note returns are done so at your own cost and any additional shipping costs will be payable before despatch of the new products.
Once your return has been received we will contact you to confirm this and that the exchange will be processed. We will make every effort to ensure all exchanged goods are despatched within 4 working days from date of return.
If an item is faulty either before or after normal use we would request in the first instance contacting us at email@example.com together with your order number and a description of the fault. We will endeavor to have this dealt with as a matter of urgency and whether it means sending out a spare part on an express service or a complete replacement, it will get resolved promptly.
